How to Place an Order  

Place an order via Fax or Email :

If you choose not to place an order form our online order system, you can email or fax us the following information, we will place your order from our system, the online order system will email you the login details and your online order number with our banking details as soon as your account is created and the order is placed from the system

  • GPS Coordinates - Optional
  • Telephone Number / Cell Number
  • Email Address
  • Item Product Name
  • SKU Number / Quantity / Colour
  • Company Name / VAT No - Optional

To place your order by email or fax, you can tell us what you want to order. You will receive a order confirmation via email or fax. This order confirmation will need to be signed and emailed or faxed back to us. Thereafter you will be contacted to arrange payment which can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or Cheque Deposit, Once we've received your order and payment you will be notified when your order will be dispatched.

Please note however, by placing an order online with us through our online store. This will let us give you an online order number to use as a reference on your transaction or track your order status online.Previous

Why we need your ID Number ?
When you register as HomeGarden.co.za we need to know your name, delivery address, ID/passport number, email address and contact number, these are used to verify who you are, and to enable us to delivery any orders you place with us,

Why we need your Cell Number ? (for order status)
When you place an order from HomeGarden.co.za Our system will send you a message (SMS) to inform you regarding your order status and delivery status, SMS (Short Message Service) this service is free of charge
